BioI am a rather bookish and quiet girl trying to make my way in the world.I've been around here for a while and was formerly julieruingrrl,but decided to have a fresh start.
I read a lot(usually several books a week)and like a wide range of stuff,depending on my mood.My general passion is for literary fiction but I also like horror and 'lighter' stuff too.Some of my favourite writers are:Chuck Palahniuk,Douglas Coupland,Alice Hoffman,Francesca Lia Block,Paul Auster,Jasper Fforde,Sylvia Plath,Marya Hornbacher,Haruki Murakami,Nick Hornby,Elizabeth Wurtzel,Emily Barr,Jodi Picoult,Malorie Blackman,Ian McEwan,Christopher Pike,Stephen King,Jenny Valentine,Meg Cabot,Michelle Magorian,Lisa Tucker and J.K Rowling.
I'm a big films fan too and watch all kinds of styles although it takes a lot to impress me these days.Some of my favourite films are:

My favourite actors are:Johnny Depp,Winona Ryder,Kate Winslet,Cate Blanchett,Maggie Gyllenhaal,Natalie Portman,Philip Seymour Hoffman,Claire Danes,Drew Barrymore,Audrey Hepburn,Ethan Hawke,James McAvoy,Rose Byrne,Romola Garai,Cillian Murphy,Thora Birch,Elijah Wood,Naomi Watts,Marilyn Monroe,Rachel Weisz,America Ferrera,Heath Ledger,Joaquin Phoenix and Sienna Miller.

My favourite artist is Ryan Adams.I cannot put into words the impact his music has had on my life,so I won't try.I don't really have a favourite band as bands have let me down too often,but I like so many artists I couldn't list them all here.
